Over the summer of 2022, I had the pleasure of serving as an intern for the luxury showroom, Findings Inc. With locations in LA, Paris, and New York City, I was able to work with the New York team during the Holiday and Pre-Spring market season. 



As an intern, I helped with the market process throughout the summer in order to prepare for the buyers' arrival to the showroom for their appointments. I was able to organize, merchandise, and communicate within the team to create an environment that was not only aesthetically pleasing for the buyers, but also organized and easy to navigate. During market, I served as a liaison between the buyers and the sales assistant to keep every process smooth and effective, creating a maximal positive experience for everyone involved. Throughout my time following market, I reflected on the weeks we spent with buyers, analyzing the strengths and weakness of the market period and brainstorming ways to remain as effective as possible for markets ahead. I also helped to organize the showroom and ship orders back to manufacturers. 



Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Findings. With it being my first time experiencing the wholesale aspect of the Fashion industry, I loved being able to see how the buying process worked for large department stores as well as the trend forecasting that is involved with pre-season buying. As an intern I gained skills in many areas such as my work ethic, organization, conceptualization, creativity, and communication. I loved the team that I was able to work with and am so grateful for the time I had during my summer in New York with Findings.
