Dukes Clothier
Dukes Clothier is an eclectic, luxury boutique with locations in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama, and Athens, Georgia. Founded by owner Hannah Adcox, Dukes strives to create a fun and unique shopping experience with their vibrant clothing and positive energy throughout all of their stores.
My experience
As of May 2021 I have had the pleasure of working for this establishment and truly believe Dukes creates such a unique and positive shopping experience as well as work environment for their employees. As of July 2021 I have served as Assistant Manager for the Athens location alongside the head manager, Austin Gleason, to keep the store running, organize shipments, merchandise the store, plan trunk shows, as well as maintain communication with our other employees.

Highlights
Through my time with Dukes Clothier, I have been able to foster my leadership skills as an assistant manger by coordinating events, organizing the schedule, and communicating with brands, employees, and hosts for our trunk shows. I have gained significant leadership experience as well as time management and communication skills that I will cherish forever.
